What goes into the Making of Portable Cabins

Portable cabins are widely used in the sectors where constructing a permanent structure is not feasible. The reasons could be temporary site offices, less availability of labour in distant areas, temporary toilets at event area, security guard offices, storage cabins, expansion of permanent structure etc. The manufacturing of portable cabin is done in organized industries as well as by unorganized fabricators. A Portable cabin manufacturer makes the portable cabin from various types of materials which makes it cheaper compared to permanent structures.

The structure of the portable cabin is made of the heavy gauge mild section so that it can support the doors, panels, and windows. The base frame is made of mild steel channel section. Portable cabin exporters use all types of materials for the outer wall panels. Those could be PVC or polyvinyl chloride, GI or the galvanized iron, Fibre-reinforced sheets, MS sheets, sandwich panels, light weight wood etc. These material determine the strength of the wall and their durability.

The interior walls are done keeping in mind the interior decorative look. MDF boards are used by many manufacturers to give the cabins a trendy designer look. The flooring in such cabins is generally made of vinyl flooring or marine ply. Portable cabin suppliers ensure that the exterior and the interior walls have the RB glass wool filled inside to reduce thermal conductivity making it less prone to fire and heat. Choosing the right material, make the cabins sturdy, waterproof, dent and scratch resistant and durable.
